The atmosphere in the restaurant was dignified and intimate. Our daughter who was dining with us is virtually vegan but Virundhu had no problems coping with her restricted diet. Service was polite and timely and the food was succulent and delicately spiced, warm, imaginative and evocative flavours that excited the palate and were a revelation! All in all an excellent meal.

Went last week based on local recommendations - it was delicious! Great flavours and spices... I had the Mutton Kothu and my boyfriend had the Mutton Devil. Both fabulous. So - starters, mains + rice, bottle of wine between us - less than £60. I think that's great value for great food - very filling too!

A hidden gem in Eastcote, went today to this Srilankan restaurant and amazed at the quality of the food. We had mutton rolls, grilled prawns and mutton devil as starters and for our mains we had puttu, mutton kothu, lamprice and the Ceylon chicken curry- the portions were just perfect with amazing flavours and not overly spicy. Staff here are very friendly and willing to help with explaining the menu. Will definitely be going back!!!
